Easy Returns &
Exchanges
1. Goods may be returned
or replaced subject to product defects only within the warranty
period. Under this condition, the customer is entitled to
returning the goods to the supplier with full refund or
requesting for replacement with the shipping cost form the
supplier’s location to the customers’ at the supplier’s expenses
during the valid warranty period. .
2. Returns and
replacements will be honoured after inspection by the suppler on
claimed defective products in order to verify the supplier’s
products series codes;
3. Pertaining to clause 2,
the customer will be required to send the sample defective
products to the supplier for the
purpose of inspection.
